How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and usually arrive in 8–15 business days anywhere in Australia. Shipping is free and tracked.
How do I track my order?

Why does my order come in separate parcels?
If you order several plushies they sometimes ship separately so they reach you faster. Each parcel gets its own tracking number.
Are they safe for kids?
Yes, they're suitable for ages 3+. Not recommended for babies under 3 because of small stitched parts.
How do I clean my plush?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry. Don't machine wash or tumble dry.
What if my plush arrives damaged?
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
